After consulting Angie's list we called J and J Appliance. Their technician "Thomas" responded within 2 hours. After hearing the noise Thomas indicated that the noise made was the refer "pushing" Freon and, though annoying, was normal. The status light was our unfamiliarity with the dishwasher. Since we had told Thomas that we were considering the purchase of additional new appliances he took the time to explain a "technicians" point of view of our potential choices.
