Exactly what you want when you're letting someone into your home. UPDATE: At 6pm i called because the AC was frozen (I thought.) EJ took the call, instead of the regular On Call Tech. He drove 40 minutes (I know this because the have a cool tracker) to come to my house. The AC was fine, again. I asked about a box on the side of the unit. Long story short, the previous homeowners had the power company put a Demand Restrictor on the unit which is limiting electricity to my AC and causing my sleepless nights. That'll be rectified ASAP, by the power company. "No Charge," said EJ."
