"Replaced windows with French doors out to my deck. The job ended up being a nightmare for Ken, because of crappy previous contractor work, but Ken fixed it all. If ever I need anything done, Ken will definitely get the work!"

"Refrigerator was repaired, washer and dryer were written off as a lost or beyond repair due to parts needed for repair no longer in stock, and the garage door was repaired but not covered by CHW"

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"We weren't that happy with the results. It was a few years ago, and the surface is still pretty much intact. He had to use a primer and deck paint, rather than stain, and the primer showed through in several places as bright white marks against the dark brown stain. He left the extra paint so we could refinish where we wanted. We don't want or expect any follow up at this time. I understand that the deck needed a lot more work than the worker expected. So, my experience may not be a fair representation of this particular contractor.
