"The contractor we hired to do the work went out of business without telling us and we were stuck. Brian to the rescue. Even though our roof was much steeper than he usually works on he agreed to replace the glass in our three skylights. He did an excellent job and I couldn't be more thrilled. He prepped the roof one day and finished the job the next. It is a real treat to be able to see through our skylights again. Thank you Brian."

"My house needed a new roof and cedar shingle siding. Three contractors submitted proposals and I discussed the job with the two low bidders. Ericsen Contracting had the better proposal and a good price. Eric’s contract outlined his scope of work in detail. Just as important, it laid out the homeowner’s responsibilities. This eliminated most questions about who does what. Eric arrived on site with all the needed tools, equipment, and construction materials. Once the job started he was always present supervising and working with his crew. Striping roof and cedar shingles generates a lot of debris. The work area was always cleaned up at the end of every day. Eric plans the work out ahead of time, anticipates problems, and comes up with solutions. All the while communicating with the homeowner about what to expect. I spent 45 years building Interstate highways and large commercial buildings. As a project manager, chief estimator, and vp, I dealt with every type of trade contractor imaginable. On our final walk-around there was nothing that needed to be reworked - no punchlist. So I’m glad that I ended up a contractor who did the job the right way."

"A1 did a great job on my new roof and gutters. Clearly defined scope of work, prompt and flexible scheduling, used high-quality shingles with a good warranty. They don't subcontract out their roofing work, which is a big plus. Considerate workers, documented the new roof with photos and videos, and had everything cleaned up by the end of the day. Recommended for a trouble-free roof replacement."

"We had a wonderful experience with Home Pros. They did a superb job removing our old roof and installing a new beautiful cedar roof. The crew was fast, extremely professional, and neat. They took care to protect our plants, and cleaned up after each days work. Most important is that they did an excellent installation of a complex roof. Anthony Marks is a rare roofer who actually cares about the final result and the client experience."

"I have a large deck with a grape vine top. It was in dire need of repairs(washing, sanding, replacing rotted wood, staining) I called J. Corrigan from Angie's list. He arrived estimated and I contracted with him. His team arrived and an excellent job was performed in the amount of time given. I will be calling them again for other projects. "Thanks Joe and team for a job well done.""

"I recently had asphalt shingle repair done, and I couldn?t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. They showed up on time, clearly explained what needed to be fixed, and gave a fair and transparent estimate. The quality of the work really stood out?the repaired shingles blend in perfectly with the rest of the roof, and everything looks solid and well-done. They paid attention to detail and made sure the area was clean before leaving. What I appreciated most was their honesty and communication throughout the process. It?s not always easy to find reliable roofing work, but this was definitely a great experience. I?d highly recommend them to anyone needing asphalt shingle repair. Thanks jonathan."

"Took care of an emergency roof leak due to a skylight reaching end of life, as well as aging shingles. Punctual and professional."

"Dave was a pleasure to work with. We initially called in for a facia repair on our siding and a few roof shingles that blew off in a wind storm. Dave informed us we would be able to file a claim with our insurance company for an entire roof replacement. We were initially skeptical but Dave worked with us and directly with our insurance company to complete the entire job. The work was completed quickly and the roof is beautiful"

"Shawn called back very promptly and offered to come out the same day and do a repair on our roof. He matched the color of the shingle from a photo I texted to him and came with a first rate roofer who completed the repair promptly and did beautiful work. I could not tell there had been a repair and they left the workplace in perfect condition. I would recommend SJM Roofing highly."
