I had called several companies/persons but none either responded back or showed up for their appointment. So, I was a pleasantly surprised when Kevan responded to my voicemail and showed up for the scheduled appointment. Water was leaking into my back room from underneath the deck and creating issues. Kevan came out and assessed the problem and devised a solution. Kevan & Drew showed up as assured. The process was explained every step of the way, so I had a very clear understanding of what was being done and why. Both Kevan & Drew were professional, and their work is quality work. I would definitely work with Drain Designs again and would have no issues recommending them to others. You won't be disappointed!"

"Contacted two other Concrete companies but only heard back from one whose price was much higher than Barbare’s. Was very pleased with his work and he widened an area from the carport to the driveway at a minimum cost. We also had some tree roots in the front yard which he dug up at no additional cost. Could not have been more pleased with his work and crew. Was on time as promised and completed the driveway according to the contract. Was exceptionally pleased and would highly recommend R. J. "Our yard improvement was a total disappointment. The VP of the company came out to review the job in person. We were looking to add sprinklers to our backyard and aerate and seed our lawn. The review of the job was well presented with a good plan. The job was scheduled to be complete in 1 1/2 days. All seemed good. When the installation crew arrived, they had a completely different plan. They pretty much did whatever was easiest for them. In doing so, they damaged so many areas of the existing system that it was no longer operational. They damaged our septic system and tried to cover it up. The septic area was not marked but the original plan stayed away from that system. All work was done in sloppy manner. Clean up almost non-existent. The seeding was terrible. I have great big bare spots. When they completed the job 30 days later. I asked them to test the system and of course it didn’t even work. They had to rerun wire they had cut. This job was a disaster. Management didn’t care."

"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."

"Our experience What a nightmare This company was to deal with. Every step had issues from the wrong shape of the pool to the driveway that was majorly damaged and not fixed. They brought dirt in with broken glass and garbage in. We had to physically pick up the glass and trash so we could have the new sod. They left 6 feet of dirt in the yard that was starting to slide in the water. The project manager said that he wasn’t a project manager, so dealing with him was horrible. He was so rude all the time. He had no idea of what was happening. The workers would ask my husband what they were supposed to do and luckily he could communicate in Spanish. We managed the workers ourselves. What a nightmare and not worth it."
