"Arrived as scheduled, with adequate work force. Excavated 30  2ft square holes (7 requiring cutting through existing concrete patio) under the slab around the perimeter. In each hole a square footer was placed and pneumatically pressed  into the ground; concrete pilings were then installed at each location and the entire house was leveled and stabilized with the pilings reaching down to solid ground. The back porch had sagged at each outer corner, resulting in warped and broken boards. They leveled the porch and replaced the damaged boards. The wooden front porch was poorly designed, providing nesting and breeding space for rodents and insects and was deteriorated. They removed the porch and replaced the columns holding the roof up, leaving the original concrete under the porch exposed.  When finished, they filled in all the excavations, replaced the concrete removed for excavations, filled in all the holes, and completely cleaned up everything, leaving no debris behind. All employees of this company were polite, respectful, knowledgeable, proud of their work, and all were legally eligible to work in the USA. (that's important to me). I would, without hesitation, recommend this company for foundation and concrete work; they provided excellent service. They also provided a limited Lifetime Warranty. <br />"
