Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. "For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. Richard provided an extremely transparent and detailed description of his unique and practical process, which delivered a set of superb designs along with a truly logical, transparent, and honest listing of costs, both materials and labor, at all stages, and how those costs were derived. "Back room looks beautiful! During demo, room was sealed off from rest of the house to keep dust and debris contained. Tom and Eric always made sure things were cleaned up at the end of the day. Kitchen project, my husband and I picked cabinets out and T & E worked with us and were great when we needed modifications to make it all work. They were here longer than expected and that was due to some surprises on our end and they handled it amazingly since I'm sure we upset other timelines for their next projects! The price was very reasonable and approximate date was end of May 2015."

Because there was a time restraint there were minor details that were a little off but nothing major that we couldnâ t fix. Gerry actually did more than he needed to but it was very tremendously appreciated. He even followed up and made sure everything was how we wanted it.
