Very professional and helpful. Jerry always seems all about the customer and finding solutions when they are in a bind. When my pressure tank failed I was on the phone with him Off and on for about an hour. Jerry was patient and professional. His son replaces the pressure tank and was just as professional. $600ish for the pump install and was $345 parts and labor for the pressure tank install"

"Company review for local business-- This time: Ants short-circuited well pump switch & needed replacement (Last time a long while back: We moved in to house and needed a pump installed to existing well.) RESULTS: Both times, Billy Clark (and sometimes his crew, as needed) were fast, knowledgeable, honest, and-- to prove that last part-- reasonably priced. Both times their installation (Last time) and replacement (This time) worked just fine. Last time, power company had power surges due to bad grounding which caused unequal loading issues, and paid for replacement, but Billy and crew made good at very reasonable rates, and both service calls (Both for the new well hookup and this recent call) were fast, effective, courteous, and reasonably priced: AND-- MOST-IMPORTANTLY-- worked just fine (other than the power surge-- which was NOT well company's fault). I know enough about wells and electrical & mechanical things to know that they treated us fairly. Yeah, I'm glad to write a review for good techs. Would use again and recommend. "Fantastic!   Randy Mason is an incredibly detailed-oriented and work-caring professional who obviously loves his work and want to do it perfect.  Since this swim system is not very known Robert Pruitt, Atlantis Water Services owner, stayed with him so both men made sure they were doing it right.  It took them 2 hours just to remove cautiously the Baldor 7.5HP motor, making sure the pump blades under and the 10" piping would be OK and protecting the opening while the motor was sent out for repair.

They worked so well that I already told Robert I want him to come maintain my pump twice a year to check it out.  I would not trust that Riverflow pump system in any other hands than Atlantis.

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"I called Pasco Pump, (found them here), after calling another plumbing outfit I had found on Google.  I had no hot water in the tub/shower in a rental unit that had just been rented, but no amount of money would get that first company out here that afternoon.  I realized it was late in the day, (4PM), but ... come on!
That's when I remembered I'd joined Angie's List when we first moved to this area a few weeks back.   I found Pasco Pump and gave them a call.  Sue, (the owner's wife), answers the phone there, and I explained my circumstance and what I needed.  Her husband, (and owner of the company), Bill was here an hour or so later.
Unlike many, Bill was willing to do the part of the job I needed done, and leave the rest to me to finish.  He even cut his normal service call in HALF because his part of the job took so little time.  I didn't ask him to do that ... he just did it.  He was more interested in being fair than he was in how much money he could make from every call.  How many tradesmen do you know like that these days?
On the phone, Sue was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, and in person Bill was presentable, personable, and professional.  Not to mention a nice guy to boot.  I will definitely use Pasco Pump from now on, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
P.S.  Something that matters to me as a veteran is that Bill is too.  A Marine, but I didn't hold that against him!  ;-)"

"Dons gave me a time (10am) they would show up and were a no show. I called 3 times to get an approximate time and could not get one. I waited all day and they did not show. I received a call at 7pm asking if their driver had shown up? Waisted a whole day waiting for them. They came the next morning at 7:30 without notice or calling. Their driver was professional and courteous, but there seems to be a lack of communication from their office."
