I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time.
