"The old well above-ground water pump stopped working and they responded promptly with a submersed replacement. The old piping was pulled from the well and replaced with new piping and power cable. The old water filter holder was difficult to use and not secured well; they replaced it, relocated it to free up basement space and fastened it securely to the wall. The pressure tank was also moved to a better location to free up space. The plumbing and electrical were re-routed. The pressure switch and pressure gauge were replaced. They were very cooperative and accommodating to my suggestions and wishes. The cost was reasonable."

He came after hours 6:30pm and did not charge an exorbitant fee. He was pleasant and very informative when asked questions. If there was a topic he was not familiar with he answer "I'm not sure". His price $1252. I was told that it was considered an emergency so that is why the price was so high. This was the morning two days after the flood. After we got the pump we called several times and no response as of yet, He's off my list completely. "The service went fine.  I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning.  The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning.  The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old.  He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs.  I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety.  On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning.  He came on time.  I got what I paid for.  The price was okay because he didn't charge more.  He tried to answer all my questions.  He came on the appointed day."
