"Home Genius made our experience memorable from the beginning to the end. Starting with Vince, the sales representative, He was charismatic and very honest, we didn't feel the pressure, and he had the opportunity to upsell ( I kept my eyes on the concrete siding). He gave his honest opinion. The project coordinator was on point as well. The product arrived in a few days at our driveway, and they started the very next day at 8 am. Ian, the project manager, is the nicest guy ever. He was always available to answer any question. The crew was courteous and fast. They started on a Thursday, by Friday, they were 97% done, Monday AM, they were ready and finished by 2 pm. They even installed light fixtures for us. If I have to find something that, like in every war, there are casualties; my rose bushes paid the price, lol. I think they were stepped on or something was put on top, but I understand they were in the way, and they would grow back soon. I totally recommend this company. "

"The roof may look ok, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the ?cleanup? after the job was done. The workers left multiple pieces of very sharp metal all over our yard. We keep finding more metal each day, especially as more snow melts. And it is absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable! We have three dogs, all of which are now being put in serious danger on a daily basis due to the workers? sloppiness and unprofessionalism. We also found a screw as well as a sharp piece of wood. When we discovered the first two pieces of metal, we called and addressed our concerns with USA Home Improvement Solutions. Someone came out the very next day? only to collect the check (we paid in full) and to nonchalantly defend the workers. There is no excuse! You cannot defend this! He also had the audacity to suggest that we get a metal detector. No! YOU should get one and scan our yard! Quick to cash a check, yet can?t clean up after yourselves or take accountability/correct this negligence. "

American Remodeling is a family-owned and operated company that offers windows, roofing, siding, bathrooms, kitchens, basements and sunrooms. We are one of the few Platinum Preferred roofing contractors by Owens Corning in PA. We offer 100% financing to fit most budgets.
"We sadly signed up for a free estimate. Jon came on 8/16 and we were told by Jon a few times all we had to do was call in within 3 days and get our deposit back. I asked twice and my husband asked once he said "all we have to do is call and we will get our $100 back" Clearly not true. I called on the 3rd day 8/19 and spoke with a lady, i thought her name was gabby, but apparently they lied giving me that name she doesnt work there. I have no idea what her name was sadly I did not record the call. Was told my papers weren't put in it was no issue, my check would be mailed on Monday the next business day. Well a week later I get a call from financing stating they need signatures. Confused I was like we canceled and you all were supposedly mailing my check. Well low and behold apparently you can't cancel over the phone. So Jon lied multiple times and "gabby" lied when I called in. They cashed out check and our free estimate cost us $100. I was told the VP would call us back on 8/26. He finally called us on 8/29. We missed the call but called right back. Have tried calling today 8/30. When I called to cancel the service it was within my time period! Of course now it's out. Lesson learned! Don't trust them! When I called on 8/19 at 3:24pm the call lasted under 2 minutes, which it was very quick. Told them I needed to cancel an epoxy job, transferred me to some girl, I told her jon said all I had to do was call. she said up and went on about the papers not being filed yet and since it was friday and late the check wouldn't be mailed till monday. Never again."
