"I have been completely satisfied with providers I've used thru Angie's List but this guy was not forthcoming. I needed a roofer due to a damaged kitchen ceiling and an approaching storm on the horizon. Unfortunately, I chose Otto over another provider. Originally, he gave me an estimate of $5,000. Ten minutes after he left, he called me to say he didn't measure the roof accurately & asked for $2,000 more. Due to the emergency situation, I agreed. Once, he had the product he told me the roof would last for twenty years. After he completed the job with the exception of finishing a strip over the inside porch, he said oh, the roof probably won't last twenty years! One of his workers left 2 strips of attached staples on top of the roof. He never came back to complete the job. I called several times within the next two years. At least 6 times he promised to come & finally, the last time I spoke with him was spring of 2017. His final response was "I decided I'm not coming out to finish the job". I would never recommend him to anyone. His attitude was lousy & he was anything but forthcoming.."

"I contracted with Brian Kelly to remove and replace the existing front entrance stairs and walkway to my home. I couldn't be happier with the great job he and Shane did. They totally rebuilt the stairway and finished it with bluestone and stone veneer. The walkway, which was pea-stone was replaced with pavers. Both the stairs and walkway were sealed. The result is what you see in the attached pics, but I must admit, it looks way better when you're standing on it! They cleaned up every day, were punctual and professional. This was my 2nd time doing business with Kelly Masonry, and won't be my last! Thanks Brian and Shane!"

"A terrible experience! I was told I would have my fence no later than 3 weeks.i payed $2,500.00 by credit card. Three weeks came and went. I called and inquired. I was frustratingly put on hold and left there many times. I called again, same thing. I was then given various reasons why it was not ready. At the 6 week point I was told the sales person had never ordered it but it was ordered today and will be here next week”. I couldn’t believe this after 6 weeks. I was given the runaround so many times I got dizzy. I asked to just refund the money to my credit card. Now the same people that gave me the run around for 6 weeks are telling me they are going to refund my card saying “It may take a week“.. Terrible customer service and business practices.."
