"Installation went well. I chose by "YELP" referrals . I feel I over paid out of sheer desperation. A/C was shot . The salesman was a bit cocky, arrogant. I needed it & I got it fast. Salesman claims of an $ 1800. rebate were B.S.. I was apparently taken off the final price. Very SLY !!! Still they are highly recommended.on YELP................................... P.S. Installer was a Pro . Thus I feel secure in that area."

"I emailed this company. He called the next day and we spoke about my concerns. He decided to come out himself instead of sending another technician. He showed up on time and got right to work. He looked at the duct and the screen and attempted to reattach it but it couldn't be done properly because there was no part to hold on to the screen. He said it was too late because the ceiling was already done. I liked that he tried to fix it and didn't charge me because it wasn't able to be fixed. He did clean the furnace. I was impressed that the owner came out himself and attempted to fix the register."
