"STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM THIS FROM BELLA CUSTOM CARPERT CLEANING IN NEAR WEST SUBURBS OF CHICAGO! IT IS NOW A BILIGERANT CON! After 13 years, I hired them again for my front room and family room at $269 on 9/23/23 on a Sat. They came over 3 hours late from the appointment time. They were unable to communicate in English. When asked for proof on insurance and bonding they ignored me and intimidatingly with grunts and stares the big guys pulled the big tube and nozzle in the house. They did not know what to do! I had to direct them to the rooms and the stains I needed removed. Well, all they did was drag the vacuum nozzle across the carpet and leave! They blew dirt down into my floor vents and closed them! I was assured stains would be treated and removedâ ¦not! See pictures for the stains which was the reason I hired them. And here is when it gets nasty and really why not to use them. When I called Gary on Monday and told him, I said I had tried vinegar and water afterwards. Gary voice was slurred and laughed saying â thatâ s what we use. Let us come out and hit it again!â I asked how much, he said â only $120.â When I said why it wasnâ t done on Sat, he responded in the same slurred tone, â weâ ll be out to do it again!â I hung up. Hereâ s the definitive â kickerâ â ¦3 weeks later I get a call asking for the check. I told him I sent the check to Westchester because, incredibly, no address is listed on the receipt and that was what came up on the I â net. He said for me to send him another one in Lagrange. I told him no because I have a cancelled check fee. Again in a slurred, fogged in, tone, he said OK and he will call his Westchester office to see if they got it. Never heard back. It is obvious Bella now has a huge problem with service techs and apparently polluted ownership. STAY AWAY FROM BELLA! IT IS NOT WHAT IT WAS!"

Not only did they exceed my expectations on my 11yr old carpet, they also did a mattress, couch and area rug for a most reasonable price! I will be hiring them for quarterly cleanings going forward. Al also did a friends carpet and will be doing my parents apartment after they move out! Great service, great communication and stellar customer service.
