He was very professional and made useful recommendations including the recommendation to use vinyl plank flooring as it is durable and waterproof and looks great. He suggested where I might purchase the flooring and who to speak to and it all went very smoothly. Chip arranged an install date and called to confirm beforehand and arrived on time. He and Bob collected the flooring from the supplier and lifted the carpet off the floor and disposed of it; removed all furniture and replaced everything beautifully afterwards. The job was executed perfectly and I want to tell you - you don't need to look at any other company. My experience was stress free and I am positively delighted with the floor now it is down. It looks beautiful."
