"Very happy with Good Catch Plumbing. The Service Tech was knowledgeable and professional."

"Arrived on time. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Successfully replaced all faucets and shower heads in master bedroom of our $2.0 million house."

"Had to have the older house repiped after a pad leak. They replaced the water heater and all hose piping in two days. They were polite timely and did excellent work."

"I was very pleased with the outcome of the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your plumbing service."

"Shaddai Plumbing team is great! They are very professional, they keep their word, they complete job without delays. Great quality. We had to replace old water pipes across 2-story home and their service was great. We asked to add additional water switches to be able to switch hot/cold water on and off in separate parts of home - and they did it. Now if it will be leak or other problem - we can switch off kitchen area, or second floor without impacting other parts of our home. Highly recommended!"

"Our home was only 3 years old and our water heater sprung a leak leaving water all over our garage. Paul not only came quickly, he also did research and found out our water heater was still under warranty, saving us a lot of money. He also was able to fix a water pressure problem in one of our sinks. He did great work and left a clean workplace. If you need plumbing service in SWFL call Paul's Plumbing!"

"Tyler was the plumber that Benjamin sent the first time I used them and he was excellent and when I needed a plumber to fix my faucet I called and requested Tyler. They sent him back and again he did a top notch job. I highly recommend both Benjamin Franklin plumbing and their representative Tyler"

"We originally hired them to do some work with the toilet in the Master Bath which they accomplished in record time. We were informed that the pipes used in our house were substandard and prone to leaking so we decided to have the whole house re-piped as well as replacing the Hot Water Heater and all new shut off valves. They completed the job in two days. The staff were very courteous and professional. Part of the job was to repair the drywall that had been cut open all over the house. NOTE: It does NOT include repainting the drywall, you are on your own for that. My hearing must have been bad when they were quoting the project. The drywall repair guy came the next day, which happened to be a Friday. He repaired all of the holes and did an outstanding job. This is where things got frustrating. In order to repair piping they had to remove the Refrigerator and the dishwasher so they were just pushed out of the way in the kitchen. While the refrigerator was plugged in, it was not hooked up to a water supply. When we asked the drywall guy when they would return to re-install both of those appliances he said they would be there on Monday morning. While it was inconvenient to have to wait for the weekend not much we could do about it. So Monday came and went with no word from Aztec Plumbing. Most of Tuesday went by and still no word. So I called the office and got passed around a couple of times and finally was given to someone who told me that it wouldn't be until Friday before they could reconnect the appliances. This was unacceptable that it would take a week to come and reconnect two appliances which would be a 15 minute job and if I hadn't been in a wheelchair I would have done it myself. So to re-cap: Very good job. Very good employees. Very poor communication and poor customer service once they were basically done with the job and had already gotten paid. So, yes I would recommend them as the work they do is outstanding, but make sure you completely understand the scope of what they are quoting and a specific timeline."

"The guys showed up on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Felt the cost of the repair was expensive, but they did a great job!"
