"Within minutes of asking for a quote the phone started ringing and I had the opportunity to describe my project (damaged screen enclosure roof) to Francesco and agree to have him visit the property. Did not ask a lot of questions about the size of the project and was agreeable to come by that day which was a drive from Cape Coral to Naples. He was pleasant , knowledgable , and professional. Upon arrival he immediately saw the problem and explained that the original installation for the screen enclosure was built with low reliability screening material on the roof. The side panels were of a more reliable product and therefore were OK. Francesco then described what he would recommend is to replace the entire roof screening with "super screen" and enjoy the pool for several years.....his price was extremely reasonable and he also explained he could do it for less if if I wanted to put the same material back , but he did not recommend that. He explained the difference in the engineering and manufacture of the material and told me how to educate myself online about the screen material he wanted to use. His ability to explain the differences and provide me with the opportunity to educate myself on my decision had me hire him immediately. Everything he explained he would do and when he said he would do it was to perfection. If you want to get the best value, quality and reliability for your enclosure repair you should call Francesco and give him a chance to earn your business. "This is a footnote to my previous review, which I've been meaning to write and am finally getting around to... Unfortunately, after the job was finished and I posted my review, my pool technician noticed metal staining in the pool, due to screws and metal fly away that had fallen in during the re-screening job. This was because many of the old screws had to be sawed off. In hindsight, if they had covered the pool before working on the screening, this could've been prevented. I have to have my pool acid washed to get rid of these stains which will entail draining the pool. I hope that they will consider taking this precaution in the future. Otherwise, as I said in my last review, they were very good."
