"I recently contracted with Holeman to install Hardieplank siding on my home and replace the front door. The siding installation was essentially flawless. Oscar, the siding installer, was very skilled, paid attention to details, and took pride in his good work. The door installer, not Oscar, unfortunately, was not as skilled or detail oriented and had to return to the job three times before the installation even approached anything acceptable. The door installation was a very different experience from the great job Oscar did on the siding. I learned that Holeman subcontracts these smaller jobs which may explain the difference in quality. I wish that I insisted that Oscar also install the door."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Joe reached out quickly and with the assistance of Alupe, they were able to swiftly install a new lock & snap floor professionally over a poorly tiled/grouted situation. There was a small snafu with the wax ring and leaking water from the toilet to the basement after the floor installation and Joe & Alupe came out immediately to remedy the leak. Joe also patched a hole in our upper level ceiling AND a small hole on the outside of our home. All is well and we will DEFINITELY have them back for future services!"
