"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"It went absolutely great. The guys were ready to go immediately when they arrived...materials, tools and equipment were all assembled. Work was accomplished in one day. Installers were knowledgeable, friendly, answered my questions and wasted no time in completing the job. "I should have gotten more estimates but I was worried about what was behind my bathroom walls that might have lead to more expenses than the original estimate. The bathtub looks great but the first time I took a shower the water pressure was terrible. They sent someone out the next day but he was unable to resolve the problem. There were several conversations and I was told the plumber thought there was a cracked pipe and I should get a local plumber out to fix it. They did offer to split the cost of the repair bill. However, I was never informed of any issues with the pipes and when I did get a plumber out, I was informed it was not my pipes and the problem was with one of the newly installed pipes. In my opinion, this is a problem that should have been caught during installation. Now I am waiting for a fourth service person to rip out one of the walls and replace the pipe. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality installation."
