I have a 4' crawl space. You can barely crouch. No problem! That's why God invented knee pads. They foamed and installed the insulation like it was their own home. It was a work of art. and came out better than I imagined. They patiently indulged my "old man" inquisitiveness. The crew represented Insul-Kings very well. I highly recommend them. This was done through the Mass Save program. So the $2100 job only cost me about $500.00"

The price was very fair. The day they did the work, with Flo and Carlos onsite and part of the crew, they were focused, professional, friendly, and careful with our home and belongings. Any hiccups along the way were problem-solved and dealt with immediately. They not only left the inside clean, vacuuming after they removed the runners they brought, but made sure to check the outside of the house and swept the driveway for any small debris. The final check included a walk around the outside of the house. We knew they had to remove the siding to drill the holes to blow in the cellulose, but you would never know that the siding had been disturbed. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone else looking for a fair and honest home insulation company! "

"Our heater stopped functioning on Nov 27, 2023 and we called Petro who had done the maintenance on it before and replaced a motor two years ago. They were responsive and a technician came two days later. He worked for 3 hours without explaining what the problem was. Then said he needed to replace the motor. He fixed the problem and left without much explanation. Two days later a bill of $2500 came via email. No explanation, no break-down. I called 4 times over the last 20 days, spoke to 4 different reps and was promised that a supervisor will contact me with the bill details. Nothing happened. Irresponsible customer service and unprofessional behavior. They show all the symptoms of big, bureaucratic, and indifferent service company. I would not recommend Petro if you have options of more personalized services."
