"Walley's sent a plumber out on a Friday to diagnose the problem, that being water collecting at the base of the water heater. The plumber indicated that the expansion tank, that had been installed the previous year by someone else, was not the proper one and would need to be replaced . He did not have the one I needed on the truck. There were also some issues concerning the way the existing one had been installed. Some pictures were taken of the tank, existing valves, and piping and Walley's sent another plumber out on Monday to install the tank. At some point the plumber had to leave the home to purchase some additional parts. I contacted Walley's after the service call was completed because I was concerned that I would be charged excessive labor time for the job, what with two service calls and additional time on the second call. Adrienne in the office discussed the matter with me, assured me that they would review all the paperwork, and work with me so that I was satisfied with the job and the bill..
