"Christian transformed my bathroom into an amazing room. Christian tiled my tub surround and bathroom walls with natural stone, installed shower door, vanity, and toilet topper. He also repaired existing tile floor with new grout, fixed the way my toilet was seated on the existing tile and much more. Christian communicated with questions when necessary and problems when they came about. At the end of each day Christian cleaned up"

Tile
"I highly recommend Valter and Maria, two very skillful tile installers who are extremely knowledgeable about their craft, and effective and focused in their work. At the beginning of my search to hire someone who could replace my bathroom floor, among the tile installers who gave me an estimate, Maria and Valter had distinctive qualities that made them stand out. Now that the project is successfully complete, it is clear that those qualities proved to be of much value. Maria and Valter rose to the top of the tile installersI interviewed in a number of ways. Their estimate was the most competitively priced but also they were the most receptive and responsive to the ideas I wanted to have implemented. Valter and Maria did not challenge me about any of the specifications I asked for. For example, when I explained that I wanted a particular slate tile size that is not commercially available, they were willing to cut down a larger tile to fit the size I wanted. By way of comparison, other installers tried to convince me that I did not want the smaller tile and then went on to cite reasons for not using it, which later proved not to have significance. Valter and Maria created a collaborative client-based dialogue with me. Their communication style is open, kind, recep- river, and flexible. They always listened to my ideas while at the same time, they are also ready to give their professional opinion. This give and take communication style made me feel comfortable and the project succeeded because of it. This team understands how to work with the materials and processes involved in their craft. Starting with the decoupling membrane they used on top of the subfloor, to the precise care with which they cut the tile to fit around the plumbing fixtures, and their ability in determining the spacing of the tile within the configuration of the room, this is proof of how they pay attention to all of the important details. I now marvel when looking at my new floor that it is so much more substantial and refined because of the many, very good choices they made about the membrane, height of the tile, and spacing of the tile within the room. Another distinct advantage of this company is that as a two-person team, the processes advance very quickly and they work in a very focused and effective manner. Also from the moment they began bringing in and setting up their tools, it was clear all I needed to do was stand back and let them get to their work. Despite their focus, they always welcomed showing me their progress, explaining what they were working on, and answering my questions. After they gave me their initial estimate, I decided to expand the work I wanted them to do and I asked them for a new estimate. Then, due to my discovery of a previously unknown potential structural concern, I had to revert to the original plan. They were completely flexible with these changes and reversals. Just to add that throughout these changes, I misunderstood the pricing of one of the items of work and when at the end of the project I paid them, they in turn, said I had overpaid and then they reimbursed to me quite a large sum. I would not have known the difference and their honesty was very much appreciated. In addition to the above, I found them to be extremely responsible and very good about communicating about everything. As far as pricing is concerned, as I mentioned above they were the most competitively priced of everyone I interviewed. Maria and Valter are very professional in their approach and I cannot leave unmentioned that they have a very positive presence when doing their work. As someone else noted in their review, you will be very fortunate to hire these two."
