Previously Bob replaced siding on a large area of our house with new cedar siding. We have always been more than happy with Bob's work ethic, quality of work and overall pleasantness."

"The project went extremely well. Gaby is a consummate craftsman and finish carpenter. As someone who built custom furniture in my early days, I am very familiar with woodworking and can immediately distinguish between good, quality work and Excellent craftsmanship. Gaby fits the latter! He does all the work himself and takes incredible pride in the quality of his work. He built out the shelving in our pantry and when completed, there was an issue with the height of each of the shelves. When I brought the issue to his attention, Gaby apologized profusely and was back at my house within 48 hours to remedy the situation. This is a situation where you get what you pay for! His pricing was a bit high but fair as custom-built cabinets go. The difference is justified in the quality of materials he uses and the attention to every little detail during installation. During COVID, we paid 50% up front so he could purchase the materials right away as the cost of aLL MATERIALS CONTINUED TO SOAR. Gaby is honest, friendly, highly skilled and fin to work with. The only criticism I have is every decision made and agreement made was on a handshake (Old-school). There was not a formal quote or any paperwork other than the drawings from our designer that I provided. He gave me a range on price and of course, when the work was done, it was the higher of the range. We had initially planned for 2 pantries built by Gaby but ended up only needing shelves in a modified pantry that had already existed which my builder had modified. There were no adjustments in his verbal quote or final price. I had wished at the time that it was in writing. Good communication. Always on time and said what he would do and did what he said! "Kenny is amazing and comes with my highest recommendation! If I could give 10 stars I would. He is done a couple of large projects for us. 2 years ago he did a 12x32 Deck with 12x22 screen house. This thing is a monster and very sturdy, we have absolutely loved it! He is very meticulous and has a fine attention to detail and does things correctly. He is very approachable and open to suggestions and changes. A few months ago we decided that we were going to finish our attic - it was easy selecting a contractor, because of Kennys previous work. This was a complete attic remodel. (subfloor, framing, drywall, finish work) Kenny helped design the layout, he came up with ideas, including the use of an existing closet for the stairway which turned out beautiful. He finished on time, on budget and the finished product is amazing! He opened up a big wall in our ceiling and created a loft/balcony and meticulously cut and placed 80 spindles in the rails of the stairs and loft! It looks awesome and we are very grateful. Kenny does the little extra things to ensure a smooth job. He cleans up after himself daily. His prices are very reasonable too. He is also done a few small jobs for us too and treats those with the same care as a large project. I hope he never retires because we have got plenty of projects for years to come! Thanks, Kenny!"

"Well although Ray did a nice job we paid $5055 to get our railings and stair treads done. Had to purchase our own wood putty, had to remove our own debris otherwise would have been charged another $125, we went to the dump and paid $26.00. The paint that we paid for he would not leave behind for us to touch up. Also charged me another $30.00 for paint before walking out the door, yet didn't get rest of can of paint, Wanted wainscoting paneling put up with molding was told it would cost another $375.00. My Husband finished it up and did a beautiful job. I know that he has to make a living, however could have been a little more giving to us since he ruined our brand new driveway we just had done in June of this year by getting oil on it from his van and couldn't even leave us a can of paint??? Took 2 weeks to complete from time he started doing work. Like I said meticulous yes but definitely runs on his own time. I would recommend him, but beware of other little hidden fees."

"We have used P Jordan for MANY projects but recently for a closet remodel. We had to replace a water-heater and the plumbers had to tear apart the closet in the meantime so we needed a thorough but quality job done last minute and quickly to restore the closet! PJC was there within days, and after work hours finishing the pieces until the sun went down just so we could get our house put back together as soon as possible. The quality was amazing and exceeded my expectations and was done at a reasonable cost. I likely would have paid double and waited twice as long had I used another company, and not gotten the custom closet I needed."

"Awesome job. Jim and Jeff are a great team who are easy to work with and can do any construction or remodeling job you have. They updated the whole inside of my house within 3 1/2 weeks. It started with painting the ceilings, walls, new baseboards, New doors, lights, Laminate flooring and rugs. They started the job and few days in I asked about replacing 11 windows in my porch. The price was reasonable and within a few days the windows were in. Then a week in I asked about a new kitchen and within another week the new cabinets and countertops were in. I have a whole house, very happy. I will definitely call them if I need anything else done and will be recommending them to anyone who asks. Great guys."
