They had to remove the toilet from the main bathroom to snake out from the house using a 100' snake. They then replaced the toilet and cleaned up their gear. <br /> They also provided good customer service by explaining what was going on, how much it would cost and what I was paying for. "We have been using Justin Dorsey as a company for our needs for over a year. We have had many concerns and called them for more than 4 separate issues this year. We first needed their services when we had been in our new home for 2 weeks and our water heater quit working. It was late on a Friday and the tech ran into some difficulties with how the plumbing was run by the previous owner. He worked hard and until almost midnight to resolve all the concerns and leave us with hot water. We have since used them for small concerns with a toilet and sink, a water leak from valve on a pipe, and replacement of our well pump switch. This past week we once again needed their services. We have always had a prompt same day response to our needs. Our water softener was not functioning and leaking. Michael was the tech who responded and fixed this problem. As he assessed our overall needs in our home, we discussed our drinking water. He was able to install a reverse osmosis drinking water system the same day. Again due to previous plumbing concerns from our home's previous owner, he had some obstacles to overcome. Of no fault of his, he had to return to our home 3 times in 2 weeks to get the system to work properly. He was professional and worked with us to fix the problems. We have always been very pleased with their work and how they go above and beyond to not only please the customer, but do the best job possible. "On Sunday afternoon, my mother was washing clothes and water started pouring out from underneath the washer. <br /> At the same time water was filling up in the tub and the toilet.  The neighbor thought she had the toilet fixed and we heard it "running."  When we went to the bathroom water was flowing from the toilet everywhere. <br /> I didn't know who to call and my friend said they called "The Uncloggables."  She said they were the best and she was right. <br /> I called Sunday evening and left a message for them to please contact me this morning (Monday) as soon as possible since my 85 year-old mother was without water. <br /> Jeremy called at 7:53 and said they were ready to come out immediately which they did. <br /> They arrived at 8:00 am and took off the two traps tops in the front yard.  They had to run the sewer snake to the main line.  There was a blockage and a piece of frozen debris in the line.  <br /> Once the water was free flowing again, they fixed the toilet where I pulled off a piece inside the tank trying to stop the water.  <br /> They couldn't have been any nicer.  I will call them definitely for any plumbing needs for myself or my mother in the future.  Since they were there an hour, they just charged me the hourly rate.  Thank you again for your excellent, rapid, service.  You guys are the BEST!!! <br />"

"After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. I thank Jason, Adam, Brian, Rudy, Matt & Rico for their dedication/professionalism. Also I want to add that these gentlemen are Great people."
