"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Perfection Remodeling will be our one and only call for any work we do on our home. They are communicative, honest, efficient, and trustworthy. We have never worked with someone that focuses so much on their customer. There wasn't a time during our project that I didn't know what was happening or didn't know the next step. Dan and Steve checked in daily, confirming what was on the schedule for that week and reviewing the long-term timeline. "Matthew came to do a free inspection of my plumbing.  He noticed some water under the kitchen sink and gave us a very reasonable estimate for that repair.  We ultimately decided to replace the sink and faucet, as the whole setup wasn't in great shape.  Matthew came the next day and did the job; he was punctual and professional, and he did an excellent job.  We are very pleased with how it turned out.
