They probably need to work on their courtesy calls for letting you know they are indeed coming out when they said they would, but I called prior just to make sure as one of the days I took a whole day off work when they were going to upgrade the panel and switch the old lines to the new ones. I would like to note that it was after hours that I called them and they still got back that night to confirm they'd be coming early the next day. <br /> <br /> All of the technicians were professional and courteous, including the lead, which was Charlie.
