"We had a bath/shower remodeled into a shower only. The consultation, design and scheduling went as expected. On the final day of installation it was found that a required diverter valve was not among the supplied materials. I went to the local hardware store and bought one so that the subcontractor did not have go back to Florida (we are in Alabama) and return the next day with the required item. I have contacted the company at least twice and they have not reimbursed me for the ~$17 I spent on the valve. I sent them a copy of my receipt."

If I had known about Vacslav years ago, I would have hired all my tile jobs out to him. I'm happy when I get tile cuts to ~1/16", but Vacslav's were to about 1/32"...in other words, the quality was better than I expected (he worked every last detail), in about half the time it would have taken me, and at a fair price.
