"We had a GREAT experience with RoofElite! Trey inspected our old roof, then sat down with us and thoroughly explained RoofElite's process and offerings. He walked us through all our options, then let us make our decisions without any pressure about what to choose. He answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly and provided an immediate estimate. The RoofElite crew arrived early and wasted no time removing the old roofing and installing the new. They were careful to cover plantings around the house with tarps to avoid possible damage (none occurred), and the cleanup was thorough and complete at the end of the day. They even ran a large magnet around the property to make sure there were no nails or other metal left behind. ALL IN ONE DAY! I would sincerely recommend RoofElite to anyone looking for a roof repair or roof replacement!"

"Excellent work and excellent price. Came in way under budget! Highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs."

"Very professional, roof repaired and new gutter installed in one day, everything looks and works great"

"February 5, 2019 - I can not say enough about how honest and thorough this company has been while replacing my roof. They made the process as painless as possible for me as a homeowner. Their work was impeccable, going above and beyond what was required to just replace my roof. While replacing my roof, these guys took extra time to make sure that a complicated area of my roof was properly sealed and flashed to eliminate any future issues. I can only attest to my experience with H. E. Roberts Roofing but would recommend that if you want quality work, honest people to deal with, and the least amount of stress in replacing or repairing your roof, call them. Their crew did a better job then the original roofers did when the house was built."

"Good communication with home owner at all stages New door neighbor using same company after watching our job"

"Bill was about as straight forward and honest a local businessman can be. He wants to earn your business, as he did mine. He's going to give you the truth and his best price up front, without a need to negotiate and you'll find it very fair. The only reason he was my 2nd choice was I found another company who offered to combine another repair I needed done simultaneously for an overall cost savings to the project. I would recommend Taylor Enterprises if you only need a roof and a roof done right!"

"I bought a deal from Angie's list. The technician did good job to clean, maintain and inspect the roof. He found a small leak on the roof and told me they will come back to fix the leak for $268. They will come to fix the problem tomorrow.

"3/17/2020-After roof was completed, porch lights were tripping the electrical breaker. Asked Adam Pollock (sales rep) to identify/correct problem caused by roofers. Adam asked my hired contractor, Addam White of Common Sense Construction to troubleshoot the problem before replacing the wood porch ceiling. Common Sense Construction was not licensed to repair electricity and was unable to identify or correct the problem. 4/22/2020-Phone calls and text messages to Adam Pollock did not resolve the issue. Adam Pollock said he was having issues with a "pinched nerve". 4/27/2020-Having waited over a month, I hired a licensed/bonded electrical company to fix the problem for $125/hour. Adam Pollock also found minor issues on another portion of the roof (documented on a youtube video) and said he would take care of them because correction would only take 15 minutes. Adam Pollock said he was waiting for an MRI. POINTS BEING: 1) DON'T PROMISE WHAT YOU DON'T DELIVER. 2) IF YOU CAN'T COMPLETE THE WORK, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO SEND SOMEONE ON YOUR BEHALF WHO CAN. 3) CUSTOMERS HIRE COMPANIES TO SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS (roof leak), NOT TO HEAR YOURS (medical issues). 4) CUSTOMERS PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND DON'T EXPECT YOU TO CAUSE THE NEXT ONE (electrical)."
