"Patrick Royal from Royal Premium Homes did an excellent job. My bathroom looks amazing. I could not be happier with it. He took the time to do the job correctly. Very trustworthy. I would hire him again."

"Craig and his team of subcontractors were professional, knowledgeable and timely in doing complete home remodel for me from October 2022-March 2023. Craig was in consistent communication with me, meeting at the home for regular progress meetings. As issues came up, he and his team were quick to work on solutions. After the project was done, he came back to fine tune issues as they came up and stayed on top of the details and getting the project finaled by the city. I am very pleased with my completely remodeled home."

"We loved working with Repair and Remodel Experts. They were
professional, polite, accommodating and stayed on task. They met our
deadline and the work they did was fantastic. Being a church, we
appreciated their work ethic and the demeanor of their crew. We didn't
have to worry that we would have visitors who might hear inappropriate
behavior or language coming from the construction area (which was right
next to our current office space.

"We’re happy with our bathroom. Mike and his crew did a great job."

"We contacted them for remodel of 2 of our bathrooms. Excellent work by the project manager and his team on our master bathroom and guest bathroom remodel. He helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. He is also very receptive of critical feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the work at the end of the day. Overall very pleasant experience working with the manager and his crew. Highly recommended!"

"We discussed designs for our family room. She was easy to work with and everything was done through email. We sent Jill details about the room and photos. She understood things well, sent us back ideas and a few room plans. We didn’t use her ideas but they were valuable for us for other perspectives. The deal was exactly what we expected."

"It was fine. The original design didn’t meet my needs based on the information I provided them. However, they revised the plans which worked out better for me. They were able to get the first draft to me pretty quickly."

"We had a big kitchen remodel with layout changes, so we were a bit nervous at first. Ron made the process a lot easier than expected. He coordinated everything and made sure each step was done properly before moving on. The workmanship is solid, and the finishes look high-end. We?re really happy we chose Ocean Seven Builders!"
