They searched for the concealed broken pipe and with limited destruction to the sheetrock, replaced the broken pipe. They cleaned up afterwards and also discovered a valve that needed replacing. I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend their service. This company was recommended to me, so I knew what to expect."

"Poor communication. Fixtures to be replaced were handheld shower heads. They asked me about what type of stopper I wanted but not shower head. Assumed I was getting same but no so they had to leave site to get replacement (decided to only do guest). They also did not explain how new shower head worked in master worked so when I called to say it was not working I was mansplained over the phone how it works. This told me they didn’t even test it while they were here. They did come out to replace it with the one they didn’t use but it also turned out it was user error (I wasn’t pressing hard enough because I was afraid to break it). They did a good job but if customer interaction is important to you this is not the company for you."
