"We have used this company in the past and were very happy with their performance and product. The performance, workmanship, and product were executed in the proper fashion. However, at the completion, the floor had an inconsistent haze throughout. When I contacted the owner he came over immediately. The problem was too much glue used leaving "patches" of haze. The owner made my house his #one priority. He provided a glue remover which his workman used. The workman was here at the house daily for about 2 weeks consistently. It took some "elbow grease" and daily time but the finished product is beautiful. I am so impressed that a company in this day and age truly stands behind both their product and workmanship!"

The price was all right but...they left me with three full boxes of engineered floor for which I paid. The materials estimate was too high. Even considering waste, there shouldn't have been two-thirds of a room remaining. Guess I'll make some luxury bird houses for Christmas."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
