They took the draped and when they took the drapes back, the installers, who were not the ones who took them down didn't know how to put them up. They had little puff balls on them and they didn't know how they went. They had to get a guy who took them down to come out and he knew. I had never had drapes cleaned before so I have no comparison with pricing. They looked clean to me, no spiders or anything falling out of them. The guy that took them down was very professional."

"We had all the carpet and old wood floors removed from our first floor and replaced with beautiful Acacia engineered hardwood flooring. It looks even better than I had imagined. In 2 1/2 days they tore out all the old wood flooring and old carpet and installed the new floors. Very efficient team. We only wish we had done this sooner!! River City Flooring is the best. From initial sales call to installation everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend!"

"Work was done in a timely manner and done well. The reason they received a B rating was estimate versus final cost. I was given an estimate for the hard wood cleaning. However, when it was time to pay, they had added $300 in labor charges to the original cost. There was no mention of labor charges when discussing the work to be done. What is cleaning a floor other than labor? They finally took off the additional $300 charge."

"They work was performed in a timely fashion as proposed.  When the drywall was removed there were some cracks in the concrete and they went up the wall further than 12 inches.  Also the mold was not black mold so I could have removed it myself.  I did not find this out until the work was almost completed.  They did bring in machines to clean the air over a period of several days.  The machines were very loud and kept us out of room. <br /> The staff was professional and completed everything according to their estimate.  I think the price was high for the work performed, but they don't have a lot of competition in the area, and I did not call other vendors. <br />"
