"Walter and Kevin repaired an upstairs shower that was leaking to the downstairs ceiling. The ceiiling needed to be refinished because of the water stqains that resulted from the leaky shower. The entire job was done in one day. When finished the ceiling looked as if nothing had happened to it. An outstanding job at a reasonable price!!!"

"Wow! Sam and Calla exceeded all expectations. They are responsive, communicative and take the same care with your home as if it were theirs. Our 25+ year old home is cedar sided and needed some love. Their knowledge and experience with cedar/log homes is extensive and showed in the results. Our home was carefully cleaned and re-stained, the foundation repainted and our rear deck, which was in a bad state, rejuvenated. When we begin an update of the interior, they will be our paint team. "George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.

"The hardest part of painting is the preparation needed for a quality paint job. I had an old wooden siding house that was built in 1892. In addition to scraping the wood, it was necessary to sand the bare spots to remove the layer of oxidation. Without this prep work, the final layer of paint simply will not adhere to the wood. William and his crew did all of this even under the most adverse circumstances (i.e., it was the hottest week if the summer). William and his crew are the hardest working and most conscientious tradesmen I have had the pleasure of working with. As a customer, my standards are high and this company more than exceeded them. "Miguel Amaya is not only an honest, fair and hard working person but he has integrity that is truly rare (and uplifting) in this day and age. I live in Westfield, NJ and had him redo my front walkway. Miguel went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with the finished product. He was forced to return because I was sold defective SEK Polysweep product by an unscrupulous vendor. Mr. Amaya redid the work by replacing the SEK product with the much better Gator Maxx polymeric sand. if you need hardscaping work done, hire Miguel Amaya, a decent, hard working, honest professional. STAY AWAY from Empire Building Supplies (see my review on them) and SEK Polysweep -- the product is garbage and the people who make/sell it know nothing about being good people who TRUTHFULLY care about fairness and/or their customer. Mr. Amaya would not accept my paying him a second time although he was forced do the job twice through no fault of his own. It was so unjust ** and yet so telling of the type of decent human being that Miguel Amaya is. Unlike the others I dealt with (at Empire and SEK), he was more interested in doing the right thing by me than he was about money. How rare. I was lucky to find such a good person and worker. I highly recommend him."

"Eugene was very punctual both for giving estimates and doing the job. He was very thorough putting down drop cloths in bedroom and in hallways. He was methodical with the job, starting with spackling and painting the trim and doors with 2 coats and cutting in around the trim, moldings, fixtures, etc. Second day he put one 2 coats on the walls and ceiling. He is a hard working man and does not need watching.  The job came out great and I would definitely use his services again.
