Since I park an RV on it, he modified the depth to 5 inches, the PSI to 5,000, added fiber to the concrete, and installed the rebar on 18 inch centers. "The project had to be very specifically coordinated and required serious regrading due to original drainage issues. Edgar has high standards and rearranged his schedule after he met with us and found out that the contractor had not scheduled him correctly (he did not want landscapers running heavy equipment across freshly laid asphalt and was concerned it would look anything but perfect for clients). They were impressively fast, his crew was in uniform, very organized, polite and they looked like they had been choreographed. We were very specific in what we wanted and had to be on sight to manage a few changes as they graded and put down the driveway, but that is to be expected. Overall turned out very nice with minimal flaws, and we felt the price very fair and the quality of the material was very good. I would use them again without hesitation. 5000sqft, heavily sloped 250ft long mountainous drive was torn out and graded in a half day and replaced the following day in 5hrs."

Him and the crew came out to the property the afternoon before the work was done so he could review the project once again with me and his crew.They demo'd our entire carport (wooden structure with asphalt shingles) and removed the driveway under it along with a sidewalk. The concrete was at least 5and quot; thick.They guys were quick and courteous and even noticed and repaired a sprinkler head that was broken during the demo.
