"The entire experience with Range was amazingly flawless! Gary came out and took the time to go over every need and concern I had regarding the roof. He was polite, friendly, and respectful of my time and property. He went over options in materials, taking the time to explain the benefits of each. The quote was very competitive and included an option for gutter replacement. His demeanor and professionalism added to the competitive quote made Range my top choice. Things were not optimal the day the job was scheduled for, but Gary took the reins, and his team did amazing work. My roof and gutters were completely replaced in a day! I have never witnessed any team work so intentionally and quickly. They left my property clean, roof refreshed, and me( although very ill at the time)a supremely satisfied customer. "I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this company and will never work with them again. Their communication is unprofessional and aggressive, with constant threats of liens and contractual obligations?even when the billing mistakes were entirely on their end. They overcharged me for painting gutters that were never painted and ordered a sliding glass door when I had already hired a third-party company to handle that. Additionally, they left nails in my garage that they did not pick up. On top of that, their third-party contractor tried to overcharge me for windows, which was yet another billing error. After overcharging me and issuing a refund, I simply questioned the final bill, and instead of a professional response, I was immediately bombarded with emails from Nick and Rachel threatening to place a lien on my property on the same day my insurance company confirmed the bill was accurate before giving me a chance to even pay it. I do not recommend them."

I had a complete tear-off to deck (2 layers) and several replacement skylights. Excellence Roofing gave me a competitive bid (not the lowest, but nowhere near the highest) I had 6 contractors providing proposals, although one of them never got back to me. Excellence Roofing had my confidence, and they got the job. From start to finish, Sal and his team performed to the integrity that was promised. I was kept informed and consulted throughout the job. I could see the attention to detail given by all. The job was completed in the expected timeframe, and passed inspection with no issues. Actually, the inspector commented on the quality of work. Last, but not least, Excellence Roofing won't take any money for payment until the job is done and you're satisfied. Excellence Roofing, and it's owner Sal, is my recommended roofer."

Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend."
