The process doesn't always go quick and clean. We were approached by Patrick Quinn and Andrew Rode about possible hail damage to our roof on 4-13. They completed a pre-inspection to make sure we had damage, and even helped phone in an insurance claim. They were here when the adjuster did his inspection to point out areas of damage that the adjuster might miss.
