Ernest was great too, as he handled our confusion of "fascia and soffits" but we got there in the end. "Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a contractor. We have escalated to management so many times and here we sit hearing crickets don?t waste your time, energy and mental state as it?s truly exhausting. Here are some recent photos of their ?repair? work from the window leaking so bad. It?s absolutely horrible. With a little push of a couple fingers all three window panels shakes. One bad wind gust and who knows what will happen at this point. They have done so much damage to my 11k sliding window we purchased from them, to the window itself and inside and outside of my home."
