Bob explained in detail what he needed to do to rebuild our front door awning and posts while maintaining the integrity of the original awning and masonry in place. Bob stayed in communication every step of the way and worked very hard to create a beautiful and strong front door awning and support posts for our home. We are very happy with the finished product and will most definitely call Phalan Construction and Handyman to work on our future home projects. He completed smaller tasks and efficiently repaired an entryway ceiling, with a second person assisting to get it done quickly. "Todd and Dave were great. They were extremely professional and the quality of their work was more than I expected. During the cabinet installation they were able to use extra material to create extra shelving and a great decoration piece that covered over an ugly vent pipe jutting out of a wall that wasn't originally in the designers plans. It came out looking beautiful and you would never have guessed it was there. They were very friendly and easy to work with guys which was relieving after meeting with other contractors for quotes and getting attitude on size of the job and that I didn't buy the cabinets or counter top through them. Would highly recommend as Todd stands by his quote (minus unforeseen issues for materials) and is a honorable contractor to work with."

"Bertie was extremely responsive from the initial contact and through out the job. He came on Saturday morning to check out the job and give an estimate.  He said he'd be there at 9, he was there at 8:55.  We had to replace a bathroom ceiling fan, which caused damage to the old plaster/wire popcorn finish ceiling. It was a small job but he was fine with that. He was able to schedule the for Monday. He should up again early and set straight to work. He put down drop cloths in the bathroom, prepped the ceiling and started patching it up. He was professional, courteous, friendly and highly knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him and hope to use him again soon for another larger project.

"Great! Tom Crome, who I dealt with exclusively, certainly knows his business! I had 2 medium sized pictures, 1 very large picture (3&1/2’ by 4’) went along smoothly and when they needed adjusting Tom and Andres took their time, making little more adjustments till I was completely satisfied. The last piece was a heavy mirror, weighing 150lbs, with the dimensions of 4’ by 4’. Tom looked carefully at the mirror and told me that the mirror was originally made for a bureau which is how the mirror was supposed to be attached to. He then told me that he would figure something out but because the mirror had fallen once before, miraculously not breaking, I was relieved and told Tom that I would replace it. I came to this decision because I trust Tom implicitly and didn’t want any horrible accidents. Tom Cromer is your guy!"
