He told me that if the weeds came back, he would come back for me. He came back no problem. I wanted him to do something else for me. He came back in another city not far from where he is. He said he would do it. He came back and I guess, he didn't want to do it. He said it would have to be more. I wanted him to take care of the weeds because he did it before for me. He wouldn't call me back. The other thing I wanted him to do is just some work he said he could do. He estimated it and said that he doesn't want to do it. Because he is not licensed so he could not do it. I tried to get him to come a couple of times to do the weeds but he would not get back with me. He come out and it cost me $300 to have him do it. So he did it. He said if the weeds came back, he would take care of them. Well they came back, I asked him to take care of it and he would not take care of them. It was after a time period that he said that he would do it. Then I had him come see me in another city, he is just ignoring me. He doesn't want to follow up on what he says. The first time he came out, he did a good job. The second time, he said he would come out and do it. he did not do it. He was a little high. He was on time. I don't feel that he is very professional. I would never use him again. He is not licensed or insured."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
