"The company was great in rescheduling with me from a day with rain and freezing temps. I was a little concerned that the steam cleaning was not hot enough and that not enough water was extracted from the carpet. Therefore, the technician repeated the water extraction in some of the areas. I was required to pay an extra fee to enable stain removal in portions of the entry carpet (had not expected this). Only very light weight furniture pieces were moved and I was surprised that the company does not provide carpet protectors, so I did not want to move some pieces back until the carpet was much dryer. It took overnight for the carpet to dry. <br />   The technician was always polite and attempted to address and satisfy my concerns. <br />"

"Huge tree fell onto garage.  Mitch came out that night and put a good tarp over the damaged part.  His estimate was within 1% of insurance adjustment amount.  Crew came out as scheduled and completed job the same day.  Very professional carpenter and roofing professionals.  They found additional damage to roof after pulling off old shingles and had to go out and purchase additional material to complete the job.  Very fair and honest. Cleaned up and hauled everything away.   I would recommend them to everyone with any roofing needs. <br /> Wayne Singleton <br />"
