"I had an exceptional experience with Gold Standard Roofing. I had put off replacing my roof because I had met with other companies and I just didn’t have the confidence I needed in them to go ahead with the work once I made an appointment with Gold standard, I felt extremely confident and comfortable for them to replace my roof. Now that the service has been done, I am very happy that I hired them and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after the roof was completed. So, I highly recommend them. They gave good service. They’re cordial and professional and did great work!"

"Roof Services recently put a new roof on my house. It looks amazing and I am so very pleased! The job was completed in one day. From the start to the finish of this job, all the workers were very professional, worked hard, and it was apparent that they took pride in their workmanship. Justin, the supervisor on the job, was absolutely wonderful and patient with me as he thoroughly answered all of my questions. The workers did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was completed. They did not leave one piece of trash, shingle cuttings or nails in my driveway or yard. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend that you call Michael, owner of Roof Services. He is very honest and dependable and uses high quality materials which was very important to me. You will be very pleased just as I was."

"I can’t say enough good things about Brian Kinnaman and his incredible family team at Encore Roofs—his talented son and daughter! From the moment we contacted him for a quote on a new metal roof, Brian’s warmth and expertise stood out. He took the time to understand our needs, explained every detail clearly without any pushy sales tactics, and assured us that his family-run business treats every project like it’s their own home. That promise was delivered beyond our expectations. What truly amazed me was their same-day installation magic on September 25, 2025. Brian, along with his son and daughter—who were absolute professionals on the job site—assessed everything and had our stunning new metal roof installed before the day was over! Their precision was impeccable, with no shortcuts or mess left behind, just pure craftsmanship. Watching Brian work alongside his kids was heartwarming; their shared passion and pride in their work made the experience feel personal and trustworthy. The result? Absolute perfection! Our home now boasts a sleek, durable metal roof that’s not only beautiful but also energy-efficient. It shines in the sunlight, boosting our home’s curb appeal, and gives us peace of mind knowing it’s built to last for decades. If you’re considering a roof replacement, Encore Roofs, led by the Kinnaman family, is the way to go—they turned a potentially stressful project into a seamless, delightful experience. Hands down, the best home improvement decision we’ve made. Thank you, Brian, and your amazing son and daughter—you’re true roofing heroes! Highly recommend to anyone seeking top-notch quality and service."

"I have used Modern Roofing one time in the past to do repairs on our roof. They did a good job. I thought I would use them on my mother’s house. Bad idea. There were many issues I had with them, including but not limited to the following: 1. her roof needed to be replaced, she didn’t have any leaks, but it needed to be replaced. After Modern Roofing installed the new roof, we had a significant leak in the house. My husband found the area where the water was coming into the house. The water was ‘pooling’ before it was noticed because it was in the laundry room under the washer and dryer. It produced mold on the floor (indoor / outdoor carpet) and possibly in the wall. The insulation and rafters in the attic were wet also. None of these were ever addressed / fixed by Modern Roofing. 2. I had contracted them to use “SureNail Technology”, after 2 months of the roof being installed, my husband found rusted nails where the water was coming in. If proper nails were used, how did the shingles come up and why were they rusted? 3. The men that worked on the house were extremely unprofessional. I spoke with the owner of Modern Roofing about their unprofessionalism. He agreed. He said he was going to fire them / let them go. 4. They replaced some rotten boards on the back porch with treated wood. After 5 months, the boards look like they are splitting. They also said they would come back and paint those boards. They never did. There were more issues that we were concerned about than mentioned above. But this is enough. All issues were told to the owner. After the owner left January 12, 2019, we have not heard from them since. I tried 2 times to contact them a week to 10 days later. The receptionist took my information and said she would pass my call to Joe and Nick, the owners of Modern Roofing. I have not received any phone call or visit from them since January 12th. I would like for them to check on the mold in all areas where the leak was, replace any wood on the back porch if needed, paint the boards they installed and also compensate us for all the issues. Therefore, I would not recommend Modern Roofing."
