They did an excellent job at problem-solving, the last portion of the fence in order to unite it with the other 3 yards and joining four fence corners together, making it impossible for anyoneâ s dog to get through. "They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Responded quickly on repair request. Cashed payment immediately! When repairs failed, I left two messages and no callback. Finally reached them on my third call and I explained that nothing was fixed and that I was having same exact issue but I was given an entirely different reason that was never brought up first time, which made no sense! They said it was more of a user habit problem and not mechanical issue. So far no followup. So I have paid $415 and nothing was resolved? I will be reaching out again to try to get some type of resolution!!!"
