"First thing is first, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY 2022 Lexus RC 350. I have never taken it to the car wash because I love hand washing it myself and taking it out. So when I had a card on my window for Pressure, my first response was never would I let anyone else wash it. "We were quite satisfied with the work and quality for the most part... one or two welds on the security screens could have been executed with better continuity and the fence line laid out a bit more accurately on the side yard. There was one afternoon appointment which was missed entirely without a phone call or explanation.  When all is said and done, the fence really sets off our yard and we feel much safer with the locked security screens.

"I received 5 bids to install concrete pavers in our townhome courtyard. I chose ArtCon because they were rated high on Angie' List, their estimate fell in the middle of the pack, and I had a good impression of the company after several discussions with their estimater, Dave Williams. The work started and was completed on June 30. I watched most of the work being done which included the removal of some existing debris, the installation of the grade 3 compact base material, the fabrication of steps at two doors, and the installation of the pavers. It was very evident that this company was competent in the work that they did for us. After all the pavers were installed, the area was completely cleaned and ready for use. A few days later, we noticed that one of the pavers had a small crack in it. We called Dave Williams about this and he arranaged for a worker to come over in two days to replace the paver. It has been almost 18 months since the pavers were installed and they are holding up great.

"Excellent. Chris came as scheduled for our initial estimate and proposal. What we wanted (a cantilevered carport) was too expensive so we refined our expectations and Chris came back out and gave us a revised estimate. We went with the Elitewood Insulated Patio cover. Dura-Kool took care of the permits and the job started as scheduled. Installation took two days and went very well. They even matched the color of our house paint so the carport blends in very well. My only complaint was the installers left bits of aluminum and some screws on the driveway. That could have been a problem if I had not sweep and vacuumed the driveway before parking on it."
