"Everything perfect, had a leak in the sprinkler system, fixed it right away and a fair price"

"I was at my wits end when I realized two of my sprinkler control valves were not turning on my lawn sprinklers. My lawn was literally burning up in the Las Vegas sun. I filled out a networx screen for sprinkler repairs thinking this is hopeless! I was stunned to receive a call from Don from Gotcha Handled almost immediately. He asked about my situation, I hoped he would be able to respond before my lawn burned up. To my amazement, he realized my need and told me he could be there in 40 min. He arrived, looked at my situation. I had a mix of sprinkler valves, some very old. One old valve needed a solenoid. He told me he could find it. He gave me the options. He could replace everything with new parts manifolds the next day. Or he could repair what I had for $150, my choice. While everything new was a great idea, I chose to repair. He left, promising to return the need day with needed parts. He returned the next day replaced needed parts, made sure everything was working perfectly and gave me great insights to maintaining my yard. I can’t believe people like this are out there in Las Vegas!"

"Mr David Hernandez and his team were fantastic to work with. We needed to completely relandscape our entire front yard and redo the drip system and replace plants in our back yard. David was the fastest to respond to my request on Home Advisor, was most knowledgeable, and gave the best price estimate. He responds very promptly to text messages and offers photos of different options available. He came twice throughout the process to discuss design and plants, and once HOA approval came through, the job was done in less than a week. The Hernandez team was always on time and sometimes early. They built a beautiful, capped paver retaining wall out front around our tree, rearranged all the sprinklers in both front and back, planted an incredible variety of plants, and installed lights and a timer. We had a minor problem with the sprinklers at the very beginning, but as soon as I notified him, David came by and fixed it. The plants are thriving and it all looks beautiful! We couldn’t be happier and will absolutely be using Hernandez Landscaping in the future."

"Brilliant. I could not be happier nor could my husband Chad. Within the 1st 5 minutes of meeting him before we decided to hire him. I was already like "He is the one to get this done, he knows his stuff". I did not see anyone else for estimates after. And he did not try to sell me on things we did not need which is a plus as well. Today the removal of that huge tree went so smoothly and fast. The stump grinding was excellent as well (he also did 3 extra small stumps for me). And now our back yard is clean and ready for us to do an add on the patio and artificial grass. We also hired Alex and his company to do the rock in our front yard. He is also installing an irrigation system. I can not wait for them to do that :) I know this is a long review, but we are thrilled with the work. And because we are so impressed we will never look elsewhere. This is the most professional and kind company I have ever been around. I would give them 1000 stars if I could. A truly fantastic job. Hire them and you will not regret it!!!"

"D&J (Justin) did a great job. Justin communicated well, and his team was on time and did their work with quality and timeliness. I waited a month to do this review. The driveway and walkway/porch have been used very extensively over the month and I am still extremely happy with the result."

"The first meeting with the senior tech was to see what the problem was. I could have settled for an immediate repair of that leak but the senior tech suggested that I have all the irrigation system plumbing be replaced. It was a bit more expensive than I had wanted to do but I said ok. The next day two techs came and went right to work and worked hard straight thru and were done in 2 hours. System was simplified and is working better than before."

"Julio and his team did a fantastic job with our landscaping project. They completed the project much sooner than I expected and it was done exactly as we asked. They did such a good job that we hired them for monthly landscape maintenance too."

"Dave and his son were here and went through the sprinkler system and made adjustments as needed. Did inform me of any potential issues with sprinklers. Also performed some repairs. I was very happy with the service."

"Kept appointments with notification if he would be a little late. Replaced softner and gave good instructions about usage. Courteous and Capable."

"Mike was friendly and super helpful. He showed me his work during installation And left the area clean after installation."
