"Job well done. They had to adjust the water heater stand height. They had to fit water heater fit in a very tight space. Adam and his brother Brandon had the smile the whole time. I enjoyed their service."

"These's guys rock! Me and my family was on vacation and came home to a disaster. Our water pipe at our water heater busted and flooded. We called rooter pro plumbing ga at 10pm at night and they were there in 40 minutes. They fixed the issues and had a team out to clean up and deal with our insurance. We recommend them over anyone."

"A waterline leak was suspected due to increasing water bills. On the first visit, David, from the Original Plumber, performed a pressure test and subsequently discovered an area of water puddling in my yard. David wrote up two estimates for me to consider: (1) only repair the affected area where the waterline was leaking and (2) a complete waterline replacement from meter to house. Due to a full transferable lifetime warranty provided by the Original Plumber on the waterline and the fact that David agreed to perform two complete toilet rebuilds for no additional cost, I chose the complete waterline replacement. The complete waterline replacement and the toilet rebuilds were started and completed in a very professional and efficient manner the next day. After digging the trench for the new waterline, it turned out, due to the condition of the existing waterline in relation to the location of the water leak, that a complete waterline replacement was the only option I had after all. Fortunately, I had service line coverage as part of my homeowners' insurance and was able to get a full reimbursement of my costs (less my deductible) for the work performed. When working through the claim with the insurance agent, I became aware that select staff of the Original Plumber were instrumental in providing them with additional information needed for my claim reimbursement and I appreciate that."

"My main water line burst underneath my driveway causing a major leak and a huge inconvenience. Brandon was the first plumber who picked up his phone on a late Friday night and sent Cody, one of the best ones on his team, early Saturday morning. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. They replaced our entire line quickly despite finding huge boulders under our lawn. These guys worked super hard and their price was very reasonable considering the amount of work they did. I would hire Plumb Doctor again without a doubt."
