"I had the new asphalt rubber high-bread roof installed. The work was done in half the time quoted, I had my son who had worked in the business before do a post inspection, he was unable to find anything wrong. Overall I know that I picked the best of the ten bids I got to do the work. It was not the lowest but one of my three lower bids. Note: I could only find 11 nails on the ground after they were done. I say this to show the depth they went to when you think the roof had about 5,000+ nails in two layers of old shingles that had to be removed. I give them 5 stars and a JOB WELL DONE!"

"Worked with Lapota for 2 repairs. 1st was a roof leak repair that a different company (the one that put on the roof 7 years ago) tried to fix 4 times and failed (actually made it much worse). Lucas from Lapota found the problem in 15 minutes and it was simple enough for me to fix, so he did not even charge me. 5+ stars for this. 2nd issue was two leaking windows (this is a condo association). They have a minimum charge of $2k, so this might not be the best option for small repairs, but since they did not charge for the 1st repair, I felt it evened out. They caulked around both windows, seemed to be fixed until yesterday when one window had water intrusion again. I'll be calling on Monday. My experience has been that this is a reputable company so I am confident they'll stand behind their work. I will change to 5 stars if they do. So, in summary, this seems to be a good company but due to their minimum, probably best for projects that would normally cost $2k or more."

Our point of contact was Gary Courtright who did an excellent job in communicating, estimating, and coordinating the repairs and roofing shingle replacement for our rather large and expansive home in Fruit Heights, Utah, where in some years, the canyon winds through our town can exceed 100 MPH.  After 25 satisfactory years on our old roof, we contracted Kimball to complete some extensive roofing plywood repairs, re-flashing, re-membraning, and re-edging of the entire 6,000 SF roof.  Per Gary's expert advice, plus Louie and Rohojolo outstanding installation, we ended up with a very attractive and fully sealed roof that will probably last twice as long as our previous roof.  We now have a Tamko 50 year architectural shingled and ridged roof that can now withstand winds up to 150 MPH.  SUPER. JOB WELL DONE !
