He said he had to order a part and went outside to infer with their parts department. Ten minutes later, I get a call from the dispatcher quoting me a price for a the simple fix. I told them I was not interested in hiring them. The price of the fix was greater than the price of a new toilet."

Most other companies were at least a week for an estimate and then they would have to schedule an installer to come back on a different day, Snyder sent a tech out to do the estimate which was on par or slightly less then other companies and then he did an above average install. His install went way beyond how I was proposing to do it and definitely a lot nicer of an install."
