The initial install was going great until he unboxed the new hot water heater only to realize it was completely dented. He worked with us to figure out a solution. He installed the dented water heater, so we wouldn't be without water until the new one could be here (special order). He even offered to allow us to not pay until the second water heater was installed. He is absolutely an amazing contractor and I would recommend him to anyone. "Called on Monday morning and had an appointment with Domic within 3 hours. Dominic listened to us about hearing possible water in the walls behind the shower. Unfortunately due to a water alert here in Clay County, the water had been turned off. He said that was ok and that he would be able to take off the plate where you turned the water on. He checked it and the pipes were dried. He then checked the garage and outside to see if he could see anything. No problems. He said he would be backed after the water is turned on to see if he could find anything. Dominic was great and friendly. Definitely would recommend them."
