"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"We needed a minor roof repair- flashing needed to be nailed down and I spent all day yesterday calling around and begging handymen and roofing contractors to come over and take a look, no luck at all. Either all were booked out until next Spring or the job was not worth their time and effort to come out. I called Buck with Eagle Siding headquartered in Burnsville and he offered to come out within the hour and take care of the repair. WOW, just wow...he came out, nailed the sucker down and made additional minor repairs as well. His charge was very fair for a simple job, but I would not hesitate to refer them or call them back if we had siding or roofing issues in the future. "Project was removal of all old siding from our house and replacement with a combination of new vinyl siding and rock.   Included new soffit and fascia as well as replacing rotten wood areas where required.
Excellent service from the quoting of the bid through completion of the project.  Company owner was onsite for a time everyday (and usually twice a day) to check on progress, deal with problems, etc.  Very good communication throughout the project.  Timelines that were set for completion were met.  The work crew was hard working and respectful of the property.  Very thorough walk through with the company owner at completion of the project to make sure everything was to our liking.   We would definitely recommend All American Exteriors and would use them again.

"Joel was very helpful and eager to get the work. His bid was the lowest. However, he started late (and di not call me as he had promised) and his crew did not show up at the time that he gave to me (about 2 hours late). HE also wasn't "on the job" full-time. He did not produce an aesthetically pleasing roof for us --- we have a unique home and even the flat roof is important in terms of attractiveness. We decided that we would just let it go, but I would not use him again for a flat roof."
