Workmanship was extremely good, and was well pleased. They relaced old wood siding with Hardiboard above my garage, plus did extensive repairs on 4 corners to house in rodent damage of rotten soffet materials. The floor of the porch was original wood to the house (1930s era) and had rotted. They replaced the wood and built out new walls and installed new screens. The attic ladder is original to the house, so they decided to try and salvage the ladder if they could, rather than replace it; suffice to say, they saved the ladder and ensured that it's firmly back in its tracks and more sturdy than before. They salvaged wood from the porch to do some repairs to flooring in the house.
Each day they arrived on time - as a matter of fact, they called each day when they were en route. If they left during the course of the day, they always let us know when they'd be back.
It's clear that they're a talented, hardworking group of guys. I'll definitely be calling them in the future for other odd jobs that need to be done, and I've recommended them to friends already.
Do note, however, that even though the website states they accept credit cards, they in fact do not - cash or check only (which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for others needing/planning to pay by credit).
Overall, we're very happy with the level of craftmanship and how quickly they got everything done. They gave us an estimate on a Friday, started work Monday morning, finished Wednesday afternoon. And they came in spot on on their estimate.

"Overall, it went well. RoofMD worked with my insurance company to get the best results. The work was scheduled and some quickly. There were a few small problems that happened (exposed nail heads, vent pipes knocked loose). These shouldn't have happened but they did. However, they corrected the problems immediately when brought to their attention. Even 2 years after the work was done, I had a section of ridge caps come off due to poor fastening by the workers. RoofMD sent a crew out the next day to repair the roof. A+customer service."

"Mr Stone came out a second time to take measurements, etc. and said he would call me with a quote.  I waited a couple of weeks and heard nothing.  Called them back and asked why I hadn't heard from anyone and was told they were trying to get pricing to repair my current cover.  Waited a couple more weeks and called them again.  Mr. Stone came back out on July 31st and took additional measurements or something, I wasn't home at the time but my neighbor told me he had been here, but I have still not heard not gotten a quote, phone call or any word from the company.  
WILL NOT BE USING RAMCO TO REPAIR OR REPLACE MY PATIO COVER.
