"When I called their office he was very prompt in sending someone to the site for ideas. They drew a wonderful preliminary plan. Then I requested that Doug Fullerton come back so we could make changes. He had wonderful ideas. He started the work in just a few days. He did everything we wanted, and he did it wonderfully. The prices were reasonable. He also moved a shed so that we could make better use the space. The customer service was terrific. I can't imagine anyone could have done a better job with no stress or hassle. It looks beautiful, and this was all done in just 3 weeks, was exactly how long he said it would be! "An amazing experience for my landscape lighting. From sales to scheduling to installation... All around a terrific experience and one that we’ve become used to with Tanzer. In the past, they've installed and modified our irrigation to perfection as well. The installers didn’t make a complete mess of the property, especially when they were digging the trenches. The sod was put back nicely, which is a HUGE deal for me. And they took their shoes off to go into the basement after working in mulch, grass and dirt. "We purchased it at a special rate of #399.00 for 6 hours of work.  When we found out he only could do 1/4 of the work we asked for a price and it was $600.00 for another 6 hours.  we paid it and found out he had completed the work in 3 hours then left.  he was suppose to return to clean up the weeds he didn't get the first time but went on vacation then by the time he returned new weeds had grown an he said he was not responsible for them.   Anyway we paid him then just walked away from this deal.

"The job went very well from start to finish.  This was an Angie's List deal of 4 man-hours for $199.   Due to the good response to the Angie's List offer, Brett had to schedule the job a few weeks out.  He contacted me in a timely manner, and showed up as promised, on time and prepared.  A week or so before Emerald Green Landscape arrived,  it had snowed and we had a spell of cold weather, so the leaves were wet and matted down.  Plus, a large part of the yard is covered with pachysandra.  They did an excellent job of overcoming these obstacles and left the place in tip top shape.  They also cut down a small tree that was storm damaged, cut the wood into firewood and stacked it -- this was beyond the scope of the job.  I am extremely pleased and would recommend Brett Pearson and Emerald Green Landscaping without reservation.
